Arranged to have our 2021 Cayenne GTS Coupe 10K service. John was very thorough and responsive to my questions regarding servicing of our Cayenne GTS and Carrera. I brought my vehicle to Porsche Arrowhead for a transmission concern and they were very professional. They were able to get my problem addressed and communicated with me well. The service department does an excellent job communicating and their software and communication tools are pretty good at informing you of what’s going on with you car, the video inspections are a nice touch as well! Taking a car to a dealer can be tough at times but at least I can rest easy knowing that when I bring my car to them that they will figure out what’s wrong and offer a solid solution. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I have purchased 4 new Porsche cars from Porsche Chandler and now Porsche Arrowhead. We also have a fifth on order currently.
