Communication was great. I was very happy with the service. I was in for a standard oil change and noticed an issue with a broken interior door pocket. I was very happy that the team was able to address and repair this issue without having to replace it. I really appreciated that. I am sure the repair was more difficult than I described. Everyone was super friendly. I was able to pick up my car according to the schedule. Again, everything was completed on time and very smoothly.

After being unable to fill my tank due to over pressurization, I gave up at 1/3 tank. I could hear air pressure building and fuel backing up in the throat. Johnny had the vehicle for 30 hours, put 3 gallons of gas in the care and told me they could not find a problem. Really bad services since the service guys are dishonest who might have been instructed by the company to rob customers. Very disappointing customer service especially being dishonest about warranty work and want to charge what is covered by warranty.

Repair pricing is out of line but I expected that. The team in service was great and I appreciate their level of service. I strolled over to sales and they treated me as if it would be my lucky day if they sold me a car. I told them I was interested in trading in my 2007 911 for a Tycan and they told me to keep my car. I bought a Tesla Model X the next week. Sorry Porsche.

Getting my new 2026 Porsche Macan from Porsche Arrowhead was such an easy, seamless experience. The owner and entire team were incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole process feel effortless. I actually came here after getting the runaround at Porsche North Scottsdale, and the difference was night and day. Even though I live in North Scottsdale, I would gladly make the drive to Arrowhead every time just for the level of service they provide. Highly recommend if you want a smooth, no-stress car buying experience. (They have better inventory too)
New facility excellent. Sales manager very good. Transport while waiting not good yet. They lend cars when available or use Urber for short trips. I used Uber on my going with no problem but terrible problem on return. Not their problem but never-the-less very disappointing. It was so bad, the service manager had to personally come to get me.
Service was performed well. My complaint is that not once, in the 5 days that the dealership had the car, did any service personnel contact me regarding status and what to expect. I had to reach out to them and even after saying they would contact me, never did. You need to keep your customers informed. I expect better from Porsche.
